We are systems strengthening specialists, in both public and private sectors, working extensively – though not exclusively – in developing countries.

For over two decades, we have supported organizational performance and long-term capacity building in Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Middle East. We also train, coach and mentor technical support providers, local and international, across a broad spectrum of skills.

As well as public health, our team also possesses significant experience in management, communications, marketing, operations research, and technical writing.
