Sola holds an MBA in Strategic Management and is a member of the Public Practice Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Specializing in financial management systems, costing/budgeting, SME/MFI Business Development, he has over 10 years of development work experience. Independently and with GMS, he has worked in Nigeria, Swaziland, Ghana and Sudan, and assisted Global Fund PRs to improve grant performance, focusing on funds flow and reporting processes. He speaks English and Yoruba.
