Sati holds a doctorate in psychology, and is an expert in project management, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and organization development. Her skills as a negotiator made her a key actor in the decentralization of the reproductive health component of the Moroccan health system. For 7 years, as GTZ representative, she sat on the Morocco CCM, and contributed to the development of the Round 6 and 10 Global Fund Grant proposals. She is a member of the GTZ Systemic Quality Improvement network. She speaks French, Arabic and English.
