Natalia is an expert in Civil Society involvement in Global Funded programs, and since the creation of the Fund has worked tirelessly to support associative participation, in particular associations representing vulnerable groups. She established the Civil Society Action Team to strengthen community-based HIV/AIDS associations and assist them to set up networks worldwide, and hopes to use the model to strengthen them in other areas. She speaks fluent English and Russian.
