Julie is an expert in Procurement & Supply-Chain Management and health program monitoring and evaluation. She has worked worldwide, on a large number of public health programs, and lived for several years in China. Since 2005, she has worked with Global Fund recipient countries, strengthening Principal- and Sub-recipients organizations in PSM and M&E. She has also worked with Global Fund LFAs (Local Fund Agents) assessing potential PRs and national PSM plans. A native French speaker, she is also fluent in English, German, Dutch, Spanish and Mandarin.
