Holder of a Master's degree in International Management , Jennifer has 10 years' experience with HIV/AIDS and other health programs in over 36 countries in Africa, the former Soviet Union, Asia, and Central America, as well as 24 years' experience in international development, health and business in emerging markets, with private, public, multi-lateral, and non-governmental sector entities. A PSM specialist, she has also participated in numerous research and evaluation projects, including the Global Fund 5-Year Review. She speaks English, French and Russian.
