A Burundian national, Jean is a public health physician, who has implemented and reviewed numerous health projects financed by bi- and multilateral donors in Burundi. For 6 years, he headed the HIV/AIDS program in Bujumbura, a Global Fund Principal Recipient. In recent years, Jean has consulted and worked in different African countries, on CCM governance issues (notably Grant Oversight) and also strengthening GF PRs and SRs.
