Atiqa is an expert in strategic planning, design and assessment of development programs, particularly those targeting HIV/AIDS and vulnerable populations. In the past few years, she has worked extensively to strengthen Global Fund initiatives in her home country, Morocco, as well as contributing to GF grant proposals, CCM reform and national health strategy development. She has also supported CCM governance strengthening in other Francophone and Arabophone countries, and assisted Principal Recipients to meet critical targets and preserve or increase funding. She speaks Arabic, French, and English.
